Unknown Mortal Orchestra "How can you luv me" (Plus early Show info!!!)

I remember when this song first dropped, it freaked my bean. Yours Truly whipped up this live recording and I'm back to having yet another one man pants off dance off in my bedroom. Here's a little secret, you ready? Ya sure? OK, here goes, I hear that one of This Moving Pictures favorite San Diego bands, Roxy Jones, will be playing the Atari lounge at the Casbah for these guys and the amazing sounds of the English dickhead band, Yuck, on the 29th of July. Keep your eyes peeled for tickets to go on sale cause if that shit doesn't sell out I've lost all faith in San Diego's taste in music. Enjoy!

Roxy Jones - T.M.P. recordings (Footage)

So the other night, Valentines day to be exact, Roxy Jones played their first show in forever and it was fucking great! I shot some footage while I was there. The first video is of a new, untitled, song that's kind of the best. There's a recurring line that goes, "I've been followin' you around" that I love, it's super creepy and awesome. Not to mention, there's a pretty heavy guitar solo at the end of the song that's pretty dope. The second video is a Roxy Jones spin on The Beatles "Eight Days a Week", I love it and I'm pretty sure you will too. Enjoy!

Last night, at Soda Bar, Roxy Jones had their album release show for Lullabies and Warcries. Needless to say,the show was poppin off like Orville Redenbacher. Below is some footage that I shot of these dudes killin it on stage. I'd also like to note that Peter Graves is the king of on stage banter, seriously it's my favorite. Enjoy!
